Wear and Appearance of Army Uniforms and Insignia (AR 670-1). Standards of Medical Fitness (AR 40-501). This publication implements DODD 6130.3 and DODD 6130.4. It provides information on medical fitness standards for induction, enlistment, appointment, retention, and related policies and procedures.
